doc2.jpgMy name is Matthew R. Eaton BS, DC, and I was born in Valparaiso, IN.  My family is from a small town south of LaPorte called Union Mills, IN.  When I was 13 years old I moved out to the Pacific Northwest with my father, and there I Graduated from Oregon City High School in 1993.  I met my wife Cathy that same year and we later married in 1995.

In 1998 I started my undergraduate studies at Life University in Marietta, GA., and in 2000 I was accepted into the College of Chiropractic at Life University.  I graduated in December of 2003 with my Doctorate in Chiropractic.  Following college I practiced in South Bend, IN for 3.5 years as an associate.

In March 2007 I opened Eaton Chiropractic Inc. in Michigan City, IN.

I have been a licensed Chiropractor in Indiana since January of 2004, and in August of 2006 I received a license to practice in the state of Ohio.  I am also a member in good standing with the American Chiropractic Association and Life University Alumni Association.  I continue to further my education by attending classes and seminars in patient care.

In my spare time I spend it with my wife and 2 wonderful boys usually fishing or exploring the great outdoors.  I also coach baseball and football during the summer and fall.

I believe with all my heart in the principles of chiropractic- " the power that made the body can heal the body...B.J. Palmer"

I invite you and your family to join our family here at Eaton Chiropractic and start living a healthier lifestyle pain free, and experience what so many others already have .....

office pics 012_1.jpgMy name is Dr. Scott Glidden, BS DC, I was born and raised here in Michigan City, Indiana. I graduated from Michigan City High School in 2004 and then went on to attend Indiana University-Bloomington where I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology in 2008. Upon graduation I enrolled at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA where I graduated with my Doctor of Chiropractic degree in October 2011.

During my years at Palmer I was an intern for Dr. Mitch Mally as a Teaching Assistant for his extremity adjusting seminars for two years, as well as a member of the Palmer College of Chiropractic Sports Council where students treat athletes at events such as rugby tournaments, marathons, and motocross competitions. In addition to these activities I also attended seminars for Active Release Technique and acquired full-body certification.

I am involved in the local chapter of CISV in Michigan City as the Junior Branch advisor and I am the assistant men’s soccer coach at Marquette High School as well. In my spare time I enjoy cycling, running, soccer, and going to the beach.

The doctor of the future will give no medicine, but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, in diet, and in the cause and prevention of disease. - Thomas Edison
