doc2.jpgMy name is Matthew R. Eaton BS, DC and I was born in Valparaiso, Indiana.  My family is from a small town south of LaPorte called Union Mills, Indiana.  When I was 13 years old I moved out to the Pacific Northwest with my father and there I graduated from Oregon City High School in 1993. I met my wife Cathy that same year and we later married in 1995.

In 1998, I started my undergraduate studies at Life University in Marietta, Georgia and in 2000 I was accepted into the College of Chiropractic at Life University. I graduated in December of 2003 with my Doctorate in Chiropractic. Following college I practiced in South Bend, Indiana for three and a half years as an associate.

In March 2007 I opened Eaton Chiropractic Inc. in Michigan City, Indiana.

I have been a licensed Chiropractor in Indiana since January of 2004 and in August of 2006 I received a license to practice in the state of Ohio. I am also a member in good standing with the American Chiropractic Association and Life University Alumni Association. I continue to further my education by attending classes and seminars in patient care.

In my spare time I spend it with my wife and two wonderful boys usually fishing or exploring the great outdoors. I also coach baseball and football during the summer and fall.

I believe with all my heart in the principles of chiropractic- " the power that made the body can heal the body...B.J. Palmer"

I invite you and your family to join our family here at Eaton Chiropractic and start living a healthier lifestyle pain free and experience what so many others already have.

My name is Robert Ream DC and I was born and raised here in Michigan City, Indiana. My family has been in this city for generations and that is one reason I chose to practice here at Eaton Chiropractic. Along with being a Chiropractor, I am also an adjunct professor at Brown Mackie College in the Medical Assistant program. These two positions allow me to give back to my community in many ways.

In 2003 I started my college career in Merrillville, Indiana and in 2005 I received my Associate of Science Degree in Clinical Massage Therapy. I then moved to Marietta, Georgia where I attained my Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology at the end of 2009. I graduated with my Doctorate of Chiropractic Degree from National University of Health Science in Lombard, Illinois in the fall of 2013.

My passions outside of the office include a multitude of sports, working out, cooking and eating great food. My wife and I love to find new and interesting places to enjoy our meals.  If you have any suggestions please don’t hesitate to let us know! The next interest that I would like to be involved with is coaching a sports team at any level. I have learned so much about teamwork and myself from the past teams that I was involved with and I would like to the opportunity to pass that knowledge on.

I look forward to meeting you and being able to help you obtain the level of health that you deserve.
